“What is Present Simple tense and how to use it?”
Present Simple tense เป็นประโยคที่ใช้แสดงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นประจำ เป็นกิจวัตร หรือเป็นความจริงเสมอ
สิ่งที่พบในประโยค Present Simple คือ
- กริยาช่องที่ 1 (V.1)
- กริยาช่วย V. to do (do, does)
- Adverbs of frequency บอกความถี่ของการกระทำ เช่น always, usually, often, sometimes, never เป็นต้น (วางไว้หน้ากริยา)
- วลีที่ใช้บอกเวลาที่บอกการเกิดขึ้นเป็นประจำ เช่น every (day, week, month, year, weekend, semester), once, twice, three times (a day, a week, … etc.) now and then, from time to time เป็นต้น (วางไว้ท้ายประโยคหรือ หน้าประโยค)

Subject
ประธาน (พหูพจน์)** + V. 1; กริยาช่วยใช้ Do
** พหูพจน์ คือจำนวนมาก รวมทั้ง I และ you (I, You, We, They …)
**เอกพจน์ คือ จำนวนแค่ 1 ยกเว้น I และ you (He, She, It …)
ข้อสังเกต** เมื่อใช้กริยาช่วย (do, does) ในประโยคปฏิเสธ และคำถามแล้ว
กริยาแท้จะต้องเป็นช่องที่ 1 ห้ามเติม s, es อีก (do, does, don’t, doesn’t + V.1
